I just discovered the most impressive nursery with the most interesting inventory of air plants at Rainforest Flora down in Torrance, CA. I am definitely going back to snag one of those beautiful staghorn ferns.










To celebrate Independence Day, my sailing soulmates, Jen + David invited me to the sea to catch a spectacular showcase of fireworks. The photos of the fireworks didn't come out that great but these smiling sea creatures sure did!
